They don't go far without hearing a giggle I thought I'd share a few that have made me also giggle

*Baylee calls Calvin "Midget, Midg, or Midgy" not sure why since he is pretty tall and doesn't lack any meals, any how, our church is right at the time when Calv takes his afternoon nap, which is a fight because he always wants to just talk or play with Wyatt. Calv was SO GRUMPY! So I stood up to take him out, when I reached the back Wyatt yells "MIDGY! MIDG! MERE (come here)MIDG!" Mind you we sit pretty dang close to the front. :) He's too dang cute

Wyatt's learned how to open doors, Tiff usually keeps the bathroom door closed and it hasn't been a problem, until this week, Wyatt opened the door both went in, he closed the door and then proceeded to lock it... Tiff could hear them laughing, and went to search for them. They had found the toilet, and were just having a good old time splashing eachother :) TROUBLE

They've also found the joy of running and following eachother around the house. I went to pick Calv up from Tiff's one day and Wyatt put his socks and shoes on, I didn't think anything of it because they were going to go pick Bay up from school. I said good-bye with Calv in arms, when I went to give Wyatt a kiss, he said, "NO! GO!" I said, "you want to come with me?" He shook his head up and down which really was his whole body. So to Auntie's house we went. Calv and Wyatt spent 2 hours running from Calv's room to the kitchen and when they'd meet in the middle they would BURST with excitement and laugh so hard they would both be on the floor!

Wyatt knows Calv will laugh at him, and he eggs him on, which makes the giggles even better! OH WATCH OUT WORLD!!

Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-43320965322915247312011-09-12T16:04:00.000-07:002011-09-12T16:06:22.662-07:00
turning over and starting a new me!!! wish me luck, i'm going to need it! it's something i've been wanting to do for a year and now i'm starting it tomorrow!!! new house---now not complete... :(
This is the house that we have..... this is the flood that was created by a supply line that cracked in the house that we have..... this is the sink that is ruined by the water damage in the house that we have.... this is the hardwood floor that is ruined by the water damage in the house that we have.... this is the carpet that is ruined by the water damage in the hose that we have... this is the insurance guy that came to see the damage in the house that we have.... but I guess the best thing is that we have a house still and the damage wasn't as bad as it could've been if we weren't there when it happened... OH the luck I have :)
Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-73332256641421921402011-02-18T13:39:00.000-08:002011-02-18T13:55:30.970-08:00back in the saddle again

Where oh where has the time gone? It's been a while since I've been able to blog, but here I am... once again!....

The house is coming along!!! All we have left is the flooring, and the siding, and hanging our range hood! It's still a shock to me and I'm sure it wont set in for a while, but I'm SO EXCITED to have our own house!!! Everyone's worked so hard on it, thank heavens for family!

Calvin is growing growing growing!!! It's so fun to see his discoveries every day and what he likes and doesn't like. I'm afraid him and Wyatt are going to be double trouble. Calvin is trying to crawl and is scooting, but after a while he gets frustrated and starts to scream, that is where Wyatt becomes the big helper and goes behind him and pushes his butt, until he frog hops!! :) They are so so cute together. Wyatt is very protective of Calvin and makes sure when they are around each other that no one bugs him. It's cute!

Kyle and I are doing good. Kyle had a bout of kidney stones the beginning of the year and is recovered from that. The urologist is worried about his glands, and wants us to follow up with a gland specialist to see why his are taking all the calcium out of his body and bones and disguarding it in his urine. So we'll see what that brings us.

I'm hoping for spring to come, I'm ready to be outside and get rid of the sickness that seems to be going around. We'll see how fast it comes.... here are a few pictures from lately.

Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-84283437346987113552010-11-19T15:40:00.000-08:002010-11-19T15:46:23.149-08:00Just some pictures of Halloween!!! It's amazing how much you can love a little human being so much, even when you have to wake up to feed, and change them. I wouldn't have it any other way. I have to admit, we went to Idaho Falls today to shop and he is a wonderful shopper! :) I'm so lucky! lol Towards the end he wasn't quite so fond of it, but I got away with it for quite a few hours! Here are some picts of him most recently.

Miss B is such a great helper! She loves to help feed Mr. C, when we switched over to a bottle, she yelled "Yippee!! Now he's big enough for a bottle!" lol she made me laugh.

This is from when we went to I.F. with Daddy and Grandpa L to get supplies for our new house! He was a good little passenger, until he got hungry, then his face turns 3 shades of red and he screams until he gets some food! Don't worry I think this was 2 weeks ago, his cheeks have doubled since then!

He loves it when mommy plays dress up! Really he doesn't but until he tells me to stop, I can right? Or unless he can talk his dad into taking off the acessories that his mom puts on him! The CEO and his wife of my work gave it to us, they are big motorcycle fans, it has them on the outfit, and the hat. He did really well, until Brother (aka Mr. W) decided that the hat needed to be in his mouth and not on Mr. C's head, which created a problem since the hat has a chin strap, needless to say Mr. C was yelling because the hat pulling on his chin, and Brother was screaming because he couldn't get it off Mr. C to eat it :) We put the hat up after that! lol
He grows too fast! We're already in 3-6 month clothes, he's so tall, not quite fitting them anywhere else, but he stretches them clear to the toes! His daddy says he's going to be taller then him when he turns two. I'm saying our ultra-sound dates were off and I carried him an extra month or more! :) I'm sure not but it could happen!

Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-35741397092776994322010-09-16T13:42:00.000-07:002010-09-16T13:52:57.301-07:00Good Morning Calvin

Mr. C is getting quite the personality. Calvin James Parsons joined our family on August 5th at 12:22 p.m. He has been quite a joy! It's amazing how much love you can give to the tinest thing! He was 8 pounds 1 ounce and 21 and 1/2 inches long. It was amazing to see how quick Kyle bonded with him. He definately has us both wrapped around his finger! His cheeks are just so kissable! He's pretty much the cutest baby ever (I'm not bias or anything!) Life has changed in a good way, I'm excited for the years ahead, but enjoying every moment that is happening now. I put Calvin down for a nap, and went into the kitchen to do the dishes, I heard this loud sucking noise, and went to see if he was ok- This is how I found him :)

Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-13768443291910730892010-07-08T15:49:00.001-07:002010-07-08T16:13:19.362-07:0025 people+1 house+3 doors always open= 10 traps and 1 mouseOk, so those of you that know me know that I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, did I mention REALLY hate mice! I hate mice so bad that I would rather have snakes crawling around in my house!
This 4th of July was a lot of fun. There is just something that defines America like hot-dogs, and fireworks. I had a great 4th. Along with a great 4th came the enjoyment of many family members. ALL of us actually were here at Mom and Dad's the whole weekend. On the Tuesday after the 4th, everyone was gone, and only Grandma N., Kyle and I were here. It was the first time in what seemed like forever that Kyle and I were able to just sit and relax ALONE together. I even talked him out of working on the house til 10 and coming home at 8 to spend some time with me.
Kyle knows how much I hate mice. We had an infestation with them in our camping trailer last year and I made him scrub the trailer down with me and a bucket of soapy clorox water. All the while, he kept yelling Haunta--- (The little pest!) lol
So anyways- back to the story- Kyle and I were setting on the couch watching TV, when all of the sudden out of the corner of my I swear I can see two little pesky eyes flash around the corner wall, headed straight towards the pile of blankets/sleeping bags that were left unfolded on the floor. I immediately JUMP off the couch and yell- "There's a MOUSE". Kyle stands up, and walks towards the stairs. "I swear there is a mouse in the house!" "You're just seeing things I'm sure" he says as he is picking up things at the top of the stairs to try to find it. I begin to fold the heaping pile of sleeping stuff, while he is moving things. "If it's not at the top of the stairs it's gone downstairs I just know it!" All the while thinking crap- all of the baby stuff is down there and the door to Narnia (the storage room) is open... that mouse is definately going to survive down there. I follow Kyle downstairs as we're looking for the little creature. By now, I'm sure he's thinking, I've married a FULL OUT PSYCHO! Honestly! :)
The little bugger of a mouse is spotted, coming towards me, I scream like a little school girl, which makes it turn around directions and go towards Kyle. He stands there, like what do you want me to do with this thing? I tell him, "Stay here, and don't take you eyes off of this mouse while I run upstairs and get some traps" Handy for us to have traps here, I know, because not only am I extremely afraid of mice, so is my mom! We bought 20 of them the last time we went to the store. YES, 20. I grab the traps only 2 of them, and bait them with cheese, then go back down stairs. "Is he still in the corner?"- "Yep, hasn't moved" So we plan where to set the little traps, and Kyle assures me that we can go back upstairs and watch the news and by the time the news is over he's certain it will be caught. I say ok, but then my mouse instincts kick in, and I start to close all the doors in the basement and block the bottoms with towels so that the bugger can't go into any other room. I even blocked Narnia with our pot rack box that we got so that it wouldn't go back there. Then I went upstairs. I couldn't focus on the news becuase I wanted to hear the sound of the trap to know it would be safe to sleep downstairs. After a half hour, we went downstairs to go to bed.... checked the traps... NOTHING- my stomach dropped along with a few explitives coming out. "Do you want to sleep upstairs" Kyle asked :) He knows afraid I am. "No, I'll be ok". Well every movement Kyle made, freaked me out, I swore the dang bugger was in the bed, then I thought crap, my bladder can't wait a whole night without getting up and going to the bathroom how am I going to make it across the hall 5 feet without the mouse attacking me? That was the longest night ever!!! I woke up thinking ha ha we've got you!!! Well--- we didn't. I couldn't understand where the bugger went. We blocked him in, set traps and nothing. More traps that'll do it. so 5 more traps later, and a trip into Narnia confirmed that in fact Kyle must not have seen it move from the corner when I ran upstairs the first time to get traps. "I think Narnia isn't good for the mouse, Tysen told me if he was to ever get stuck down here he could survive for a year! A mouse could for a decade!!" So.... needless to say- There is a mouse in the house never saw it before visitor visitor.... why can't I be like Cinderella and just dress them up? Why must they scare me to the point of screaming and peeing a little in my panties? Lets just hope I can catch the little bugger before Mom gets home from camping, otherwise.... that poor mouse will not have a peaceful death and would've wished it would've went into my trap!!!Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-47738226139823920092010-06-08T20:47:00.001-07:002010-06-08T20:58:33.884-07:00Birthday Fun!So, I went to Utah today with my Dad to run some errands.... It ended up being quite the experience!
Dad and Jason ended up running errands, and I was left to stain the fence at Grandma's. I started staining the fence and all of the sudden the sprinklers turned on! :) Just my luck! (Remember my last name?!) So I relocated, because I didn't know how to turn the water off. It was about 10:30 and I ran out of stain, so I began to clean up.... well when I turned on the hose out back of Grandma's house, I could hear some stirring in the kitchen inside. Aimee is out of town for the week, so Aunt Doreen is staying there to keep her company. All of the sudden I hear from inside,
"My hell, there is someone outside! Who is out back?"(gma)
"I think that is your grand-daughter" (doreen)
"By hell, I don't have a grand-daughter, who is in my back yard?"
By this time, I could've gone in or at least turned around to let her see my face, but I was having just a little too much fun listening to them.
"I'm sure that is your grand-daughter" (doreen)
"You've lost your mind, who is that?!"(gma)
"Hi Grandma!" (Me)
"My goodness it is my grand-daughter!!" (gma)
I just laughed. There is nothing like listening to these two ladies. If you ever need a laugh, just sit in the same room as them for about 10 minutes. I continued to clean up, then went inside to visit with them until Dad and Jason got back. I've never laughed so hard! Got to love it. I hope when I get to be their age I can be just as crazy as them, and have just as much fun and not even realize it! It's definately better then hating life at that age I think! :) Just thought I'd share my adventure of this morning with ya'll!!Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-10115953991146807022010-05-22T13:14:00.000-07:002010-05-22T13:26:27.891-07:0029 5/7 weeks

Time has gone my so quickly I can't believe in almost 10 weeks we will hopefully have a little on here! And I have good reason for it, many of them. 1) I work over 40 hours a week 2)I have mounds of laundry 3) I'm pregnant and most days if I remember to not lock my locker keys in my work locker with my truck keys and purse I've survived a day at work and 4) English and writing were never one of my strong points in life! lol

Kyle and I were sealed in the Draper, Utah temple in February. :) He's stuck with me for life, poor guy! We found out a few weeks after that that we are having a little boy in August!! We're SO excited! He's going to be very spoiled and we already know it! Kyle decided on his first name, and I chose his middle name, Calvin James. It was fun to see Kyle's face during the ultra sound when she told us it was going to be a boy. He's been very supportive and has been able to make it to EVERY Doctor's appointment so far. He's an amazing husband. I'm very lucky. Everything is going great. So far so good. I'll keep an update more often :) maybe... don't hold your breath though! :)
Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-69792299047856727022010-01-03T15:49:00.000-08:002010-01-03T16:14:10.591-08:00Surprise!

I can't believe it's almost been a year since Kyle and I got married. Where on earth did this year go? :) Kyle and I recently took a trip to Las Vegas, for our late honeymoon; then ventured our way to Flagstaff, to see my bestie Tawn; then to Pheonix to go to Brookie and Blake's wedding! We had a blast just taking time together and having a little fun. While in Vegas, I didn't feel very good, and thought I may have ovarian cysts again, since they seem to enjoy visiting every once in a while. When we got home from our trip, Kyle talked me into going to the Dr. to make sure everything was ok. The Dr. examined me, sent me to Ultrasound and decided that I did have ovarian cysts and the best thing to do for them was to stay on my birth control, take a pain reliever, and just try to deal with it the best I could. This was easier said then done, but It was do-able. He said, "One thing to look forward to is when you decide to have kids the cysts will go away". I laughed and said well I guess I can deal with them until then. He told me to come back in a few weeks and he would go over my results and see how I was doing. Kyle and I went back a few weeks later, and he said that the radiologist said he saw 2 cysts, but wasn't too worried. But he also saw a spot that needed further examination. So the Dr. decided that we needed to go in for another ultrasound. So, Kyle and I went back into the ultrasound room and waited again :) We saw the cysts, and he said they looked about the same size as before. He kept going over this one spot and looking at it. Then he got quiet, then turned on the lights and said, "You're going to think I'm absolutely crazy, but I keep seeing this spot and I think you need to take a pregnancy test. I know I'm just shooting this out of no where but I think we'll just do it, then clear it and not worry about it." So, I did, and then waited.... and waited... Kyle told me it would be funny if he came back in the room and told us we were expecting. I decided it wouldn't be too funny and MOM would kill me! He came into the room, and said, "Well you're pregnant!" I said, We are???!!! I'm sure the look on my face said oh crap! He then said, "We tried everything we could to prevent this from happening, but I guess someone higher up had a different idea." I just sat there trying to soak everything in. He was a little worried about me losing the baby because I had been on birth control for the first month and was taking so many other medications that it may effect the baby. So he told me to be careful and come back in another two weeks. We went back, and he did another ultrasound. This time we got to hear the baby's heart-beat!! :) It was amazing. It's amazing how tiny something can be but how much it can effect us! We're very excited and anxious. Kyle so cute. He asks me if he can rub my feet, or put lotion on my legs, and rubs my back to make me comfortable. :) He told me all I had to do was carry the baby. I'm sure this will change, but for now I'm going to milk it for all it's worth. SSSHHH don't tell Kyle lol. But I will keep everyone updated and let ya know whats going on. :)
Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-10527305329493273402009-09-06T20:28:00.000-07:002009-09-06T20:41:31.719-07:00A weekend well needed!

This weekend we went to visit Aimee, Bryan, Eric, Brylee, Jace, Carolynn, and Grandma Clement. It was well needed! I needed a little vacation away from working, and just needed time to relax. We went down to see the new addition to the Baarz family, let me tell you, Jace is very, very cute! It was fun to snuggle and to give him kisses. He is a great addition to our family. Kyle was very cute with Jace. Jace loved to snuggle with him. I got some cute pictures of them together. Brylee was so excited that we got to come visit her. She waited all night for us to come, and fell asleep five minutes before we got there, but when she woke up she came and found us, and waited patiently until we told her it was ok to join us in bed. She is quite the big sister. She loves her little brother. I asked her if it would be ok if I took Jace home with me, and she told me yes, then she said, "My car-seat is in your car right?" :) It made me smile, as long as I took her it was ok for me to take Jace. I had a wonderful weekend with the family, especially shopping with Aunt Carolynn, for two and a half hours in a craft store. I can't wait for the end of this month when we get to go back down and spend more time with them!

Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-74578704631403485522009-07-17T14:05:00.000-07:002009-07-17T14:10:44.653-07:00list of greatfuls

i realized how lucky I've been this last few days, and so much I miss Tawn! Kyle told her he would as long as she called me. Liz was the one that asked me to go on a double date. Needless to say, Kyle never lives this down. I can't let him. We dated until November, then Kyle proposed to me at the Parade of Lights! It was quite a surprise, I had no idea that he was going to propose. We set our date for March 2009. After a few weeks, and Tawna getting her mission call, we moved our date. Kyle and I were married in Afton, on Saturday January 31, 2009. I couldn't have married a better guy. And we're still on our honey moon! :) We have such wonderful families that help us on our way.

Now comes the fun part of learning how to do stuff with two. Life is always a learning session! I'm so glad Lizzy pushed Kyle into going on a date with me. Thank heavens for little Cam being born so that we could meet!
Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8911982949909859390.post-25377268902244114922009-06-13T14:36:00.000-07:002009-06-13T14:41:32.065-07:00Up and Running!

SO I'm going to try this again! I kinda lost intrest earlier when I tried it, but I decided that this would be a good way for people to know what is going on in our lives. Kyle and I were married on the 31st of January 2009. For the time being, we're living in Afton :) . Now that it is summer time, we're trying to fit in some camping time, but so far, we've only been able to do one weekend, because of the rain! But I guess we need it as well. We're so lucky to have such supportive families. I don't know what we'd do without them that is for sure.
Kyle and Charhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11320999898396791208noreply@blogger.com5
